You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan (4Ps) particularly the communication part and budget, including the right marketing mix, assuring to achieve the planned target of sales and margin
  • Launch products with support package, in alignment with Product Marketing (PM)
  • Locally implement centrally developed customer programs, in alignment with Product Marketing
  • Organize and roll-out programs to increase and strengthen the ProVia brand image, aligned with the Product Marketing Leader and PLL
  • In order to have overall more effective programs, cooperate with the Marketing team and PLL to define growth opportunities by listening to VOC, as well as more in-depth understanding of customers and market
  • Product portfolio communication and value propositions communication meeting market requirements
  • Organize push and pull campaigns, in cooperation and alignment with local sales teams
  • Preparation of support plans to be developed and produced
  • Manage the translation / adapt the communication material to the local market needs (Web, brochures, ads...)
  • Support the organization (planning and implementation) of local exhibitions
  • Support local teams on execution of marketing programs
  • Measure (targets and metrics), analyze, report and communicate on sales of product launch/execution, (by product, project, region, customers ), of new program launches and of local actions
  • Collect competitive information and incorporate in local programs in a reactive and pro-active way
  • Provide link between Product Marketing and Sales, sharing information both ways

The ideal candidate should characterize:

  • Marketing or Marketing Communications degree with business knowledge / experience
  • Min 6-8 years in marketing of durable goods in an international operational marketing environment
  • Fluent level of English (French language skills is a plus)
  • Experience in managing and driving results in a multi-level distribution system
  • Experience in creating marketing programs with strategic alliances, digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of Automotive, Commercial Vehicle or other durable goods industries is a plus
  • Manage budgets and drive results with customer and partner marketing programs
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good understanding of the customers & markets
  • Although technical education is no must, feeling and willingness to work with technical products is required
  • Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Six Sigma education is a plus
