SOURCE TO PAY (AP) MANAGER

Requirements:
Experienced StP leader with an understanding of what it takes to lead a multi-country StP service line in a multi-national corporation
Minimum 5 year relevant business experience
experience on StP management position in SSC/BPO organization
Demonstrable experience in transformation projects in business operations
Excellent understanding of the critical success factors for Shared Service Center as reliable, effective and efficient business service provider
Knowledge and understanding of SAP-ERP
Strong proficiency in all aspects of accounting, as well as customer service, process improvement, people and project management skills
Demonstrable knowledge of GAAP / IFRS guidelines
Experience of setting up and/or operating StP processes in a SSC/BPO type environment is desirable
Lean / Six sigma qualification will be an asset
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Strategic thinking and operational delivery
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Drive/enthusiasm/team worker
Change leadership


Responsibilities:
Lead Source to Pay/Accounts Payable teams
Ensure that service levels for source to pay strategy, account payable, operating cash and banking, travel and expenses management and overall process management (including master data management) are in line with SLAs
Ensure strong collaboration with other Procurement activities
Contribute to the definition, analysis and improved design of StP processes
Help develop operational specifications for financial systems
Contribute to the definition of service standards and continuous management of SLAs
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of KPIs
Promote the culture and mind-set of continuous improvement, lead initiatives associated with end to end StP process
Work with senior business and functional managers to agree the transition of existing StP services
Support the recruitment, retention, motivation and development of staff
Manage a high performance team, providing strong leadership and customer service focus
Manage and develop a professional multi-task and multi-language accounting team
Participate and supervise staff in country knowledge transfer activities
Ensure consistent implementation of global approaches to risk management, impact assessment and risk mitigation plans
