Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) was established in October 2013 as new member of the Lufthansa Group to serve as the central platform for administrative processes within Lufthansa. LGBS operates globally with a parent company in Frankfurt, Germany and regionally responsible Service Delivery Centers also in Frankfurt, Germany (for Germany), in Mexico City, Mexico (for Americas), in Krakow, Poland (for Europe, Africa) and in Bangkok, Thailand (Middle East, Asia Pacific). LGBS will have approximately 2000 employees worldwide. Initially, LGBS will cover processes of the administrative functions Finance, Revenue Accounting, Human Resources and Procurement. Besides the operational execution objective and competence of the LGBS is to increase the efficiency of these processes to generate quality and cost benefits across the Lufthansa Group.

LGBS in Cracow started in 2003 as Airline Accounting Center and currently employs over 500 professionals dedicated to providing outstanding results for an increasing range of services and customers. We have just become part of newly established LGBS Lufthansa Global Business Services and start our next decade with a significant expansion. This means a dynamic growth, development of existing services, introduction of new services and opportunities for both graduates who want to grow with us and experienced professionals who want to become part of our future success.

Due to the dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position:

Academic graduate (e.g. Business Administration or IT)
Strong experience in IT; involving minimum 5 years with responsibility for business-critical IT systems; excellent functional and technical knowledge of HR IT systems, preferably Success Factors, alternatively SAP HR
Excellent communication skills, strong ability to influence and co-operate with various stakeholders; management of complex! IT environments
English fluent in writing and speaking
German will be an asset


Assume accountability for Human Capital Management Platform of LGBS
Ensure smooth operation of HCM systems in the respective functional areas
Support LGBS HR business process management by providing appropriate IT solutions in the respective functional area
Design and implement new IT solutions in the respective functional area
Collect functional requirements and evaluate against technical feasibility
SLA and provider management
Financial and license (subscription) management
Roles & user permission administration
Responsibility for IT governance (security, risk, strategy, architecture)
